When I started at Garden Gate in 2015, I had one-year-old twins (son/daughter) and a 5-year-old son. To say I needed flexibility in my work life was an understatement. For 10 years prior, I had worked as a Rehab Director in an outpatient setting with late evening hours and a lot of work-from-home time. I was hired at Garden Gate as a part-time staff Physical Therapist, which was ideal to balance my work and home life. Once my twins started pre-school full-time, I was able to move into a full-time Rehab Director position, which I still currently hold.
