đź“ŁPlease join the team at Harris Hill Nursing Facility in welcoming our new Assistant Administrator, Melissa Ross Gravely, BHCM, CLTC! đź‘Ź
Melissa is responsible for assisting the Administrator in directing the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with the current federal state and local guidelines. She also assists in the recruitment and selection of key personnel, as well as planning, conducting and scheduling training and orientation programs.
She has worked in the accounts receivable department at the McGuire Group’s corporate center and carries years of experience in health care and finance.
Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in health care management from Trocaire College, earned a certification in long-term care from D’Youville University and holds a certification in leadership management from Trocaire College. She is currently continuing her studies at D’Youville to earn a master’s degree in health care administration.
She is a member of the Black Achievers of Buffalo and Friendship Baptist Church. She is also a Pretty Brown Girls Organization Mentor and an alumnus of Trocaire College and D’Youville University.
Melissa resides in Cheektowaga with her husband Mario Ross and has five children: Rhonesha, Shanese, Chelsea, Ashlie and Malik Ross.
