Zachary Cartwright serves as Assistant Administrator at Northgate Health Care Facility. He brings a diverse background in operations and resident services, having previously served as the facility’s Food Service Director from 2021 to 2023. His experience in multiple leadership roles has provided him with a well-rounded understanding of long-term care and the importance of creating a positive experience for residents, families, and staff alike.
Zachary attended Erie Community College, where he pursued an Associate degree in Culinary Arts, and is currently working toward his Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Home Administration at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. His educational journey reflects his commitment to continued professional growth and his passion for serving the long-term care community.
One of Zachary’s favorite aspects of his role is that no two days are ever the same. He enjoys making a positive impact on the lives of residents and their families while building meaningful relationships throughout the facility. He is equally passionate about supporting employees, believing that a strong, engaged team creates the best possible environment for resident care.
Outside of work, Zachary enjoys cooking for family and friends, believing that sharing a great meal is one of the best ways to bring people together. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, especially camping, hiking, and fishing.
