Director of Nursing, Roscoe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Tammy Gabrielson, RN, serves as Director of Nursing at Roscoe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. She joined the facility in March 2022 and brings a strong background in clinical leadership and team development. Throughout her time at Roscoe, Tammy has held several roles including Infection Preventionist, Nurse Educator, and Unit Manager, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both resident care and staff education.
Tammy earned her Associate of Applied Science degree from Sullivan County Community College. She is passionate about leading and inspiring a strong team while continually improving patient care outcomes. Tammy finds fulfillment in fostering collaboration among staff and creating an environment where residents feel supported and valued.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, spending time with family, listening to music, and relaxing.
