Administrator, Harris Hill Nursing Facility
Stacy L. Bastian, RN, BSN, LNHA, serves as Administrator at Harris Hill. She joined the organization in December 1996 and brings decades of clinical and administrative experience to her leadership role. Throughout her career at Harris Hill, Stacy has held several key positions including Assistant Administrator, Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Associate Director of Subacute Care. Her broad background allows her to approach leadership with both clinical insight and operational expertise.
Stacy also previously served as Administrator at Absolut Care of Aurora Park, further strengthening her experience in facility leadership and quality oversight. She earned her Associate and Bachelor’s degrees in Applied Science/Nursing from Trocaire College and is an active member of the American Nurses Association and the American College of Health Care Administrators.
She is passionate about helping people, teaching, and advocating for residents. Stacy values meeting new people and fostering strong relationships within her facility, believing that compassionate leadership and education are key to delivering exceptional care.
She has been married for 30 years and is the proud mother of three daughters and one granddaughter.
