Sara Mang, RN, BSN, IPC, serves as Director of Nursing at Northgate Health Care Facility. She joined the facility in March 2026 and brings a strong commitment to clinical excellence, team development, and resident-centered care. As a nursing leader, Sara is focused on fostering a supportive environment where both residents and staff can thrive.
Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Roberts Wesleyan University. She is an active member of the American Nurses Association (ANA) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Her clinical expertise and leadership experience have helped shape her collaborative approach to nursing, with an emphasis on empowering team members and promoting positive outcomes for residents. She believes that investing in staff growth and creating a culture of accountability and teamwork ultimately leads to the highest quality of care.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband, young daughter, and two dogs.
