Nick Macaione, RN, serves as Director of Nursing at Seneca Health Care Center. Since joining the facility in October 2011, Nick has built his career through dedication, hard work, and a deep commitment to resident care. His journey is a true example of professional growth, having served in nearly every nursing role at Seneca—from Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), nursing leadership positions, and ultimately Director of Nursing. This unique experience provides him with a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of resident care and the nursing profession.
Nick earned his Licensed Practical Nurse diploma from Trocaire College in 2014 and his RN Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Trocaire College in 2019. His hands-on experience and progressive leadership have equipped him to guide clinical teams while maintaining a strong focus on quality, compassion, and resident-centered care.
One of Nick’s favorite aspects of his role is solving challenges that arise each day to help achieve the highest possible level of care for residents and rehabilitation patients.
