Administrator, Autumn View Health Care Facility
Michelle Kraus, LNHA, MHA, serves as Administrator at Autumn View Health Care Facility. She joined the facility in October 2021 and brings a strong background in healthcare leadership and operations. Michelle holds a Master’s Degree from D’Youville University, is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and is a member of the NY State DOH Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators.
Throughout her career, Michelle has focused on creating positive, resident-centered environments while supporting and empowering her staff. She is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents, encouraging team engagement, and tackling complex challenges with thoughtful, solution-oriented leadership. She also values collaboration and works closely with her team to foster a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Michelle is actively involved in community efforts and enjoys participating in resident activities, staff engagement initiatives, nursing home week celebrations, staff recognition programs, and construction or renovation projects that help create a more homelike environment for residents.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Michelle enjoys spending time in the community and continuing to build connections that strengthen both her facility and the people it serves.
