Administrator, Roscoe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Lindsey Parks serves as Administrator at Roscoe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. She joined the facility in February 2026 and brings both business and healthcare knowledge to her leadership role. Lindsey earned her Bachelor of Science from SUNY Cortland and her Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration from Marist University.
She values the opportunity to build meaningful relationships in long-term care and enjoys being part of a strong, collaborative team. Lindsey is motivated by the impact that thoughtful leadership and teamwork can have on both residents and staff.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, working out, and trying new restaurants.
