Administrator, Seneca Health Care Center
Kirsten Whittemore, ANP, M.S., serves as Administrator at Seneca Health Care Center. Since joining the facility in December 2017, she has provided thoughtful leadership focused on resident-centered care, operational excellence, and creating a positive environment for residents, families, and staff. Drawing on her clinical background as an Adult Nurse Practitioner, Kirsten brings a unique perspective that combines healthcare expertise with compassionate leadership.
Kirsten earned her Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and went on to receive both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the University at Buffalo. Her education and clinical experience have shaped her collaborative leadership style and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Throughout her career, Kirsten has been dedicated to serving her community. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of East Aurora and was also a board member for the East Aurora Chamber of Commerce, reflecting her passion for community engagement and service.
As Administrator, Kirsten is committed to fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. She believes that supporting employees and encouraging collaboration creates the best possible environment for residents to receive compassionate, high-quality care.
