Katrina Colleton, RN, BSN, serves as Director of Nursing at Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Ulster. She joined the facility in July 2024 and brings a strong clinical foundation and leadership focus to her role. Katrina holds both an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from UCCC and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from WGU, reflecting her commitment to advancing her professional knowledge and expertise.
As Director of Nursing, Katrina is dedicated to supporting both residents and staff. She values working closely with her team and strives to ensure residents remain comfortable, supported, and well cared for each day. Her leadership style centers on collaboration, communication, and maintaining a positive care environment.
Outside of work, Katrina enjoys baking and cooking. She approaches both her professional and personal life with a practical and optimistic mindset — stating “Let go, let God. It will work out!”
