Jonas Weitzman, LNHA, serves as Administrator at Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing at Beacon. He joined the facility in 2026 and brings a unique blend of business insight and healthcare leadership to his role. Jonas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Film from Northwestern University, along with a Master’s Certificate in Healthcare Administration from SUNY Oswego.

Jonas is a member of the National Association of Long Term Care Volunteers and is committed to fostering a thoughtful and compassionate care environment. He values the human side of healthcare and believes that long-term care offers a meaningful opportunity to connect with residents and families during important moments in their lives. His leadership approach centers on empathy, presence, and recognizing the individuality of each person within the care setting.

He is especially inspired by the depth of human experience within long-term care and feels privileged to witness and support residents through both challenges and meaningful moments. Jonas strives to create a culture where compassion, respect, and connection are at the forefront of daily care.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, following the New York Knicks, chess, and practicing yoga.
