Jodi W. Roser, RN, BSN, serves as Director of Nursing at Sunset Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She brings a strong clinical background along with progressive leadership experience in long-term care. Throughout her career at Sunset, Jodi has held several roles including RN Supervisor, MDS Coordinator, and Assistant Director of Nursing, giving her a well-rounded understanding of clinical operations and resident care.
Jodi earned her Associate degree from Mohawk Valley Community College and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Utica University. She is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the National Society of Leadership and Success, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing (AAPACN), and the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF).
She is passionate about facilitating appropriate care and treatment for residents and takes pride in helping to strengthen the reputation of her facility within the community. Jodi values building a strong clinical team and ensuring residents receive thoughtful, individualized care.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, as well as with her dogs and horses.
