Jessica Fouts, PTA, C.D.S., GCP, serves as Assistant Administrator at Autumn View Health Care Facility. She joined the organization in August 2013 and brings a diverse background in therapy services, education, and quality assurance. Throughout her career, Jessica has held roles as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Long-Term Care Specialist, and Regional Therapy Director for Quality Assurance, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both clinical care and operations.
Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Medaille College and an Associate of Applied Science degree from Villa Maria College. She is currently pursuing her Administrator’s Certificate from St. Joseph’s College of Maine.
Jessica is actively involved in the Orchard Park Chamber of Commerce and is committed to fostering strong community connections.
She values working collaboratively with her team to solve problems and improve processes, and finds fulfillment in seeing the positive impact those efforts have on residents and staff. Jessica is dedicated to supporting a culture of teamwork, growth, and continuous improvement within the facility.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys yoga, kickboxing, running, reading, and staying active. She also owns a dance company in Orchard Park, where she teaches students of all ages and leads fitness classes at the Orchard Park Senior Center.
