Director of Nursing, Chautauqua Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Jessica Carraher, RN, serves as Director of Nursing at Chautauqua Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She joined the facility in January 2024 and brings strong clinical leadership experience and a team-focused approach to her role. Prior to serving as Director of Nursing, Jessica held the position of Assistant Director of Nursing, further strengthening her understanding of clinical operations and staff development.
Jessica earned her Associate degree in Nursing from Jamestown Community College. She is committed to supporting both residents and staff, with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering a positive care environment.
She is especially passionate about helping her team grow and succeed, while also developing meaningful connections with residents and their families. Jessica believes that strong leadership and communication are key to delivering quality care and enhancing the overall resident experience.
Outside of work, she enjoys walking along the beach and reading.
