Medical Director, Autumn View
As Medical Director, Dr. Justin Green provides comprehensive clinical leadership and medical oversight at Autumn View Health Care Facility, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and full compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.
He works collaboratively with nursing, rehabilitation, pharmacy, and dietary teams to support a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to resident care. Dr. Green also oversees a large team of Advanced Practice Clinicians, guiding evidence-based geriatric practices and advancing strong clinical outcomes at Autumn View Health Care Facility since 2020.
