Medical Director, Northgate
As Medical Director, Dr. David Pawlowski provides comprehensive clinical leadership and medical oversight at Northgate Health Care Facility, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and adherence to all applicable state and federal regulations.
Dr. Pawlowski collaborates closely with the nursing, rehabilitation, pharmacy, and dietary teams to deliver a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to resident care. A key component of his role is the oversight of a large, highly skilled team of Advanced Practice Clinicians (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants). In partnership with the Highgate ACP team, Dr. Pawlowski has been directing evidence-based geriatric practice and promoting excellence in clinical outcomes at Northgate Health Care Facility since 2017.
