Danielle Reusch, RN, BSN, LNHA, WCC, serves as Administrator at Garden Gate Health Care Facility. She joined the organization in May 2004 and brings more than two decades of progressive leadership experience within long-term care. Over the course of her career, Danielle has served in numerous roles across the continuum of care, including CNA, LPN, RN, Unit Coordinator, ADON, DON, and QA Regional Nurse at Harris Hill Nursing Facility. Her extensive clinical and administrative background gives her a well-rounded perspective on resident care and operational excellence.

Danielle earned her Long-Term Care Administrator Certificate from Saint Joseph’s College, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from American Sentinel, her Associate degree in Nursing from Trocaire, and her LPN certification through Erie 1 BOCES. In addition to her nursing and administrator credentials, she is a Certified Wound Care (WCC) professional, CPR instructor, NPI certified professional, and ACLS certified.

She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with residents and learning from the stories they share about their lives and experiences. Danielle also takes great pride in empowering and mentoring staff, encouraging their professional growth, and fostering collaboration to continually improve resident care and outcomes.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys owning and riding horses, gardening, home improvement projects, puzzles and board games, camping, cake decorating, cooking, reading, watching documentaries, woodworking, and spending time with her three children.
