Colleen Hart serves as Administrator at Chautauqua Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She joined the facility in November 2015 and brings years of leadership experience and a people-first approach to her role. Prior to becoming Administrator, Colleen served as the facility’s Human Resources Director, where she developed a strong understanding of employee engagement, organizational culture, and the importance of supporting both staff and residents.
Colleen earned her bachelor’s degree from SUNY Brockport. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment where residents receive compassionate care and employees feel valued and supported. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes collaboration, communication, and building meaningful relationships.
One of Colleen’s favorite aspects of her role is the opportunity to interact with people and make a positive difference in their lives. She enjoys getting to know residents, families, and staff and believes that creating strong connections is essential to providing exceptional care and a positive workplace culture.
Outside of work, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family and is passionate about dog rescue, reflecting her caring nature both professionally and personally.
