Caitlyn Joslin has been named Assistant Administrator at Chautauqua Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Nazareth University, where she was also a member of the Division III swim team. She discovered her passion for long-term care during two summer internships at the facility and is now working toward becoming a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
After three years in the radiation consulting field, she’s excited to return to healthcare. In her current role, she supports the facility administrator with daily operations and collaborates with department heads to improve internal processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
She currently holds a Certificate in Long Term Care and is pursuing her Master’s in Health Services Administration at D’Youville University, with an expected graduation date of May 2027. Caitlyn is passionate about this career because she believes in the importance of caring for those who once cared for us, a value that continues to guide her work each day.
