Ann Marschke, RN, serves as Director of Nursing at Susquehanna Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She joined the facility in March 2025 and brings a strong commitment to resident-centered care and clinical excellence. As Director of Nursing, Ann is dedicated to supporting both residents and staff while fostering an environment focused on quality, compassion, and teamwork.
Ann earned her Associate of Science degree in Nursing from SUNY Morrisville. Her nursing background and leadership experience have helped shape her approach to care, emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and the importance of delivering exceptional clinical services to residents.
One of Ann’s favorite aspects of her role is ensuring residents receive the highest quality care possible.
