Administrator, Brookhaven Health Care Facility
Alexandra LaMothe, RN, FNP-BC, LNHA, serves as Administrator at Brookhaven. She joined the organization in 2006 and has held progressive leadership roles within the facility, including Nurse Practitioner and Administrator since 2018. Her clinical and operational experience provides her with a well-rounded perspective on both patient care and facility leadership.
Ali earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science from Pace University. She is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA), the Nurse Practitioner Association of Long Island (NPAZI), the New York State Health Facilities Association (NYSHFA), and the New York State Association of Nurse Educators (NYSEN).
She is passionate about supporting and empowering staff while building meaningful relationships with patients, residents, and their families. Ali believes strong leadership begins with connection and collaboration, creating an environment where both care teams and residents can thrive.
Outside of work, she enjoys working out, reading, and spending time at the beach.
