🎉 Congratulations to Westfield’s February 2025 Employee of the Month, Cheri Lathrop, Scheduling Coordinator! 🎉 Cheri is an all-around wonderful person and invaluable to our facility. She has the ability to build a schedule out of dust and wind with her knowledge of staffing and staff. Her role is complicated by shifting census and absences of staff. Without her deep relationships and an understanding of the entire nursing staff we would be lost. 🌪️📅 Her role is no easy task, but her dedication keeps everything running smoothly. She’s our #1 team player—though we’d love her even more if she were a Steelers fan! 😉 Go Eagles! 🦅🏈
